Papakea is a 13 acre oceanfront resort with a true feeling of aloha.  The complex is comprised of two sets of low-rise buildings, each with its own oceanfront pool area including a spa, a covered cabana and multiple gas barbecues.  The resort also has two large putting greens, two shuffleboard courts, three lighted tennis courts and a number of beautiful koi ponds. 

 

For those of you who just can't leave work behind, Papakea offers free wireless Internet access throughout the resort.  For the rest of you, the golf courses of Kapalua and Kaanapali are nearby, and great snorkeling and boogie-boarding beaches are within walking distance.  In addition, Papakea has its own Activity Desk, staffed by professionals who can help you plan any of the great activities that await you on the island of Maui.

 

Our oceanview condo has been completely remodeled, with top-of-the-line cabinets, tile, paint, carpet and appliances.  It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 1200 square feet of space.   The unit is air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.  Sip a mai-tai on your private lanai and enjoy the beautiful views of the pool, the beach and the island of Molokai.  Or, keep an eye on your husband as he cooks dinner on one of the poolside barbecues.
