"This pastel was created out of boredom, I saw the famous Michelangelo
painting and instead of God reaching to man's hand I put a child's hand because we're all children of God."
By sharing this web-site with you, Cindi feels that you will have a better understanding of her sources of inspiration

What's New?
Cindi participated in a wirlwind "Radio Media Tour" Oct. 7th, 8th, and 9th 2008. Put together
by Jim March (Director of MFPA for North America), and Victor Margiotta (Director
of MFPA Media Relations UK, London) through NBN National Broadcast Network. The radio show was produced
by Katie LaCorte and her assistant and contact person was Shari Smilowitz-Rauch. "It began at 5 AM PST on October
7th and ended at 8:30 AM October 7th. I was a bit exhausted but covered 20 radio stations in that three hour time slot. Each
interview was 10 minutes long. It was exhausting and exhilarating. The main goal was to bring awareness to National Disability
Awareness Month as well as reintroduce the world to the MFPA. Of course there were the standard questions as to what inspires
me, how long does it take to finish painting, and how did my accident happened. I answered all those as well as informing
the radio audience about the wonderful association I am a member of. (For more information see my MFPA page on the menu bar)
on October 8th I spoke to one radio station in Boston and on October 9th I spoke to a Disney radio channel. That one was a
bit comical because the radio host asked what my favorite Disney character was and of course I answered Jiminy Cricket and
he responded he is a wise old soul isn't he! All this would not have been possible without the insight,
dedication and belief in me by Victor, Jim, Shari, Katie and of course the dedication and commitment of my wonderful
mother, Jean who got up with me at four in the morning to prepare for this. I am grateful to all."
Cindi is currently working on a
fund raising project to generate money for an orphanage in Bosnia, and spotlighting a project of "Marine Comfirt Quilts" if
you'd like to help please ask Cindi for details.
