Pick just one or one from each time slot! You could sign up for up to 4 workshops, plus lunch.

 

The fees charged are estimated on the cost of supplies. For some, you will be asked to bring your own items.

 

We are still looking for parents or older 4-H members to teach some of the classes and to help out the leaders.

Mrs. Saufley will be leading this one, so it will be fun!

Modeling clay – design your project $2

Latch Hook

Learn the basic steps to making a latch hook rug or pillow. Buy your own kit and hook before the workshop

Food Preservation

Make beef jerky and dry fruit. Plenty of snacks and recipes

Practical experience and recipes provided!

Camp Craft/Outdoor Adventure

Learn something about camping. Create a poster for the NEW curriculum.

Read-A-Book

Create your book mark or book cover for this fair project. Bring your book for ideas. We’ll supply the rest.

Photography for Beginners

Learn about lighting, framing, mounting pictures

Bring pictures you have taken and your camera

Friendship Bracelets

Learn how to weave these beautiful bracelets $1

Stuffed Animals

Basic sewing for beginners and intermediates. Donald, Daffy and his friends! $10 for materials. Bring your own scissors and straight pins.

Aerospace – Rockets

Work on your model rocket and get help from experts!

Buy your rocket model (balsa fins required!), glue and other items listed. Not sure what you need? Ask!

Wood Craft – Bird Feeders

Practical experience. Hammers, nails, sanding, etc. NO power tools. $3

Pies

Learn the art of the perfect pie crust. Leave with recipes and a fruit tart. $1

Bird Houses

Edible birdhouses. Pre-cut items for easy handling $2

9 Patch Pillow

For beginners or intermediates. Machine quilting.

$10 to cover pillow and materials
