                                                This is at WJBC. We will have to have some parents get people there and back.

 

April 19th -            Visual Arts and Basic Cooking Workshops

                                Mrs. Saufley and Mrs. Kramer will have more details at the meeting on the 3rd.

 

May 1st                   4-KIDS BY KIDS Garage Sale Table

 

This is the month we need to start collecting all of these items for our garage sale. Drop off will be Laurie Peterson’s house, starting Saturday, April 24. These are to be Kid Items only – Clothes, toys, etc.

                               

 

PROJECT RECORDS

Yes folks, it’s that time of year. Our meeting this month is on Project Records. Please bring at least one project record with you (more for the newer members) and a pencil. We will split into groups and the older members will not only COMPLETE the front of a project record, but will also help the newer members with the process.

 

If you’re not sure what a project record is, look in the packets of items you received with your books when you registered for projects. If you haven’t done that yet, PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATIONS!. And I will bring project records with me for you to use at the meeting.

 

 

STATE FARM EMPLOYEE Volunteer  Opportunity – Please talk to Robin Siebert about this. It  affects our birthday fundraising (Our 75th BIRTHDAY is this upcoming 4H year of 2003-2004)

 

BIRTHDAY COMMITTEE – Still need a leader to coordinate. Would like to see this committee meeting in April and Outline the year for us – Activities, Press and Media Items, Community Donations, etc. Please talk to Laurie at the April meeting if you would like to be involved. We need a couple adults please.
