We have a special presentation this month! Senator Bill Brady will be at our meeting to talk to us about public service and give us an inside look at the State Capitol.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

At the December meeting we will be collecting items to put in the Love Basket Gift Bags that Hudson Ag 4H puts together for the Hudson Seniors who are in Nursing Homes. We have 9 seniors to make bags for this year. Items we could use are:

Sugarless Candies Slipper Socks

Hand Lotions Small Kleenex packs

Handkerchiefs Dried Fruits

Small Cracker Packs Your Choice!

If you are unable to shop, but would like to help us out, we will take cash donations and shop for the items. The bags will be delivered some time before Christmas. In fact, we could use a family or two to volunteer to do this!

In addition to all this, on Tuesday, the 29^th, we will be making a holiday decoration and a Christmas card for each of the Seniors receiving a Holiday bag from us. We will be doing this at Hudson Elementary. Call Laurie if you have questions about this.

CHRISTMAS TREE DEDICATION

Make sure you join us for an hour on Sunday, the 3^rd to see the NEW Hudson Ag 4-H Christmas Tree lit up for the holiday season! A new holiday tradition for Hudson Ag. We’ll meet at the Ball Park at 4 pm for a dedication, the lighting and hot chocolate and cookies. Dress warmly and bring your family!

Don’t Forget Parents Night Out

Can you help at Parents Night Out? YES YOU CAN!

If you’re 12 and older, you can get a free meal and have some fun while you help out with all the kids we’ll have with us.

If you’re under 12, you’re still invited and you get a discount, if you’re a 4H Kid!

If you’re a Clover Bud or younger, well, it’s $5 to cover food and fun, but what a deal!

(And if you’re a parent and want to help out, we would let you do that, too!)
