4-H FAMILY TREE

 

We’re going to take a look at our  4-H Heritage at the February Meeting. All of you have a Project – Yes – Homework! – for the meeting. Please print off the Family Tree Sheet. You might need more than one sheet. Or make your own tree. Fill out a leaf for everyone in your family that has been in 4-H. Try to go back as far as you can with grandparents, aunts and cousins.

 

If you can, add what the name of their 4H Club was. We’ll put them all together at the meeting.

PARENT VOLUNTEERS!

What:     Volunteer Screening

When:    Wed, Jan 26th from 7 to 9 pm

Where: Extension Office

This is REQUIRED screening for adult leaders. (You only need to go through it once)

 

 

Project Leader Registration must also be completed by those adults and alum volunteers if you want recognition (and free Fair Tickets)

State Fair Changes –

·         Update at meeting and in Extension  Newsletter.

·         REQUIREMENT for livestock showing at the State Fair

·         Other changes include horticulture, posters, table displays, food categories, etc.

 

Livestock Tattoo Dates are coming up! Check with the Extension office if you need to know these

 

County 4-H Roller Skating Party

                Saturday, February 5th              4-6 PM

                Skate Place, Morris Ave.

                $5 per person & $1 for skate rental

                Bring a Friend and Have Fun

 

Interested in attending 4-H Memorial Camp this summer?

                McLean County week is June 12 – 16

                Camp registration materials will be available in
