Earth Day Activities
Hudson Ag 4-H will celebrate Earth Day the entire month of April.
We are asking a commitment from our members of being involved in at least one
of the activities during that month. These are all worthwhile opportunities for
you and for the community. We will also have a mini-workshop day that will have
fair projects you can do that focus on using recycled items.
We’ll begin sign ups at the February meeting. Please volunteer as a
leader or coordinator of an activity if you can.

Registration and Project Records
Please remember to
get your Club Registration and Project Registration in as soon as possible.
That is the White sheet (club registration) and Green sheet (project
registration). Some of you turned in the club registration but have not
completed the green sheet. If you’re not sure, you can ask Laurie, or call the
Extension office and they can check their records. The simplest way to know if
you have completed both sections is if you have received your Books or Project
Record Sheets. If you did not get those yet, you have NOT completed the
registration process.
And Speaking of
Project Records………..
Yes. Let’s talk
Project Records……
Project records are
an important part of the 4-H Year. Start on them now, as you begin to plan
what you will be taking to the County Fair. We will have a workshop/review
later in the 4H year, but they really need to be started now. Go out to our
website if you need a copy of the Simple Steps to Completing Project Records,
or check out the Extension website. Or – ask another 4H Member!
