Whereas; combinations of trust and respect lead toward dynamic negotiated agreement, interactive mutual support, and prosperity for the living and posterity.
And whereas; combinations of deceit founded upon falsehood lead toward distrust, dishonor, crime and punishment.
Therefore; the undersigned individuals propose to combine voluntarily and welcome all honest human beings toward the mutual goal of recognizing and avoiding falsehood..
Whereas; the self-evident condition of individual human existence demands a respect for individual freedom and, to that end, governments are instituted among individuals for individuals and governments so designed exclude no one.
Whoever excludes, at their own cost, rejects government, at their own peril, and persons committing exclusion, will, by the act of excluding another, will themselves, remove themselves from government.
Whereas; persons who commit acts of exclusion upon fellow members of honest government, will, either do so at their own cost openly and honesty or such persons will falsify their acts of exclusion.
And whereas; the persons committing exclusion who disguise their actions, so as to remain in government themselves at the expense of their victims, are persons to be discovered and avoided until such time as the exposed deceitful excluding persons can somehow regain trust and respect. Criminals exclude themselves from government while honest citizens merely recognize the fact and avoid the harm in associating with exclusionary activity. Falsehood depends upon disguising responsibility. Individuals are responsible or there can be no responsibility at all. Excluding someone else from government is a willful aggressive act. Avoiding willful acts of exclusion is a willful defensive act. Willful defense can be falsely confused as a threat to harm. No such confusion exists. Aggression dictates necessary defensive action.
Whereas an honest demand expresses a true intent in defense against aggression:
"Don't tread on me".
Whereas; some people are so immediately disposed to be aggressively violent; it is therefore further necessary, as a function of government by the people and for the people, to deputize all honest people as agents commanding the force of defensive violence. The willful exclusion of aggressive violence is a vital function of government by the people and for the people. The willful exclusion of defensive violence is a vital function of crime. Not knowing the difference is a function of falsehood.
Whereas: some people, and probably the vast majority of honest people, are incapable of committing any violence; it is therefore necessary, as a function of government by the people and for the people to divide the necessary function of defensive violence among the people who are capable of restrained violence.
Whereas; the need for defensive violence is dictated by those who commit aggressive violence it is therefore possible to employ violent people in government, under close supervision, to the task of defensive violence; as a means to earn back trust and respect.
Whereas; honest people cannot much longer suffer falsehood, can no longer allow fellow human beings to suffer exclusion, and most certainly; honest people cannot any longer allow violent criminals to control exclusive government.
