Open Source Government
Energy in one form or another accelerates everything. Control of energy is necessary if any control over anything is ever going to be possible. Government is control no matter what form government takes. Control of energy is therefore essential in any form of government. This relationship can be made abundantly clear with a few simple illustrations. Once the relationship between energy and government is understood, then, it is possible to figure out a more efficient control of both energy and government. This Outline intends to map out one possible improved form of energy and government. It is however necessary to clearly understand the relationship between actual energy, the real thing, and actual government, the real thing, and it is therefore absolutely necessary to work individually and cooperatively toward the defeat of falsehood. It may become very clear, soon enough, as to, how vital cooperation is when trying, sometimes desperately, to control both energy and government.
The Sun is a source of energy. The Sun governs much of our existence since the Sun supplies our needed energy. Human beings cannot survive without the Sun or without an alternate source of energy. No sun = no human beings. End of story. If the energy from the Sun stops now, then, the people die very soon. What happens during the time between now and when the energy from the sun is gone can be seen as human government. If the time between now and when the energy from the Sun is gone is very short, one day, then, human government will not resemble the human government in force at this current time. When the energy is gone, then, human desperation will, most likely, govern human behavior. Human government is definitely effected by time, energy, and human emotion. Without energy, without time, human emotion will change and human government will change. The relationship between energy, time, human emotion and human government is obvious.
Oil is a source of energy. Oil governs much of our existence since oil supplies much of our needed energy. Unlike the Sun however - oil is definitely going to run out sooner rather than later. The time left before oil runs out is almost certainly much less time than the time left before the energy from the Sun runs out. Check it out for your own personal estimate. People die without energy in one form or another. Oil is a source of energy. Oil will run out. The question presented to you now is: When will oil run out and what will happen when oil runs out?
I propose now, to you, dear reader, that, the human species is capable of handling any energy emergency so long as the Sun keeps shinning. Oil is not god. The Sun is not god. Time is not god. If god exists, as I tend to believe god does exist, then, the god that will govern the human species is very nearly synonymous with true knowledge. I submit to you also, that, if the devil exists, then, the devil is very nearly synonymous with falsehood. The greatest danger our species faces may some day be a Sun burning out; meanwhile - time is looking pretty short on the supply of oil. True or false?
Information is not good enough. Accurate information is not good enough. A combined effort to process accurate information into knowledge driving effective action, in real time, may not be good enough. Providence may be essential. What has not worked, cannot work, and will not work; is - a dependence upon misguided leadership. The authorities do not exist, they never have existed, and; it is well enough time that we the people admit it. Leadership is not a person. Leadership is found in each person, some having more than others, and none having it all. The old way of depending upon one to lead many, as if human beings were some form of insect species consisting of mindless drones controlled by a single intelligent will power, is falsehood defined. The old way is a convenient curtain disguising organized crime. The supposed leaders do lead; they lead the sheep to shear and slaughter. It is well past time for human beings to act like human beings.
Open Source Government is a term describing human interaction through a network or matrix of connectivity where leadership is searched out, well defined, utilized, and equitably distributed. The individual human beings making up each node in the network are welcome, voluntary, and sovereign individual nations having absolute accountability for their own personal responsibilities. If this appears to be a fantasy or figment of my imagination, then, why are you reading? Call up your 'authorities' and turn in the raving lunatic or just stop reading. If Open Source Government appears to be somewhat possible, if not practical, then please look a little deeper. Follow me along, for just a short moment, into a possible future reality. Move ahead 20 or so years and see for yourself.
Suppose, for the sake of argument, clarity, and curiosity, that, oil nearly runs out in 20 years time. Now suppose two different scenarios occur between this moment in time and that future moment 20 years from now. The first scenario is mapped out in the links posted above and it is not a pretty picture to say the least. In that dark scenario - the world, in my view, is gripped within the clutches of falsehood; where people embrace this fancy notion of centralized authority and collective punishment. I will explain that viewpoint further later; meanwhile, for contrast, look now at a different, possible, future scenario.
It is now 20 years ahead in time. Oil has nearly run out. You have survived. Your family has survived. The worlds population has decreased significantly, but not nearly as horribly as the expected 3 or 4 billion deaths due to starvation, war, and complete economic collapse. You wake up and walk outside to pick up the morning paper. What do you see? The car doesn't run on gasoline. The paper boy didn't use any fuel oil derivatives to deliver the paper. Natural Gas may be heating your house. Natural Gas may not be heating your neighbors house. All the things you have and will have, all the things you consume and will consume, all the things your family, neighbors, citizens of the world need; will not be made with oil. Energy required to make all the necessary stuff and all the unnecessary stuff like art, music, sports, and play will come from one known source and all those things will be accelerated into production by one as yet unidentified source of energy. The known source is human energy. The one known source will not be, cannot be, and never can be, individual human energy expended in isolation. The one known source, the same source responsible for everything you have now is cooperative human energy. Every thing from a pencil to a hot dog, from a CD to a lemon drop exists because human beings cooperated and combined their energies within some form of network governed by mutual agreement. Disregard the governing part of this exercise in perception if you cannot shrug off, yet, the falsehood of centralized authority and collective punishment. Think energy for now. Picture your house in 20 years. Look back at your house from the drive way. What do you see?
I see a home generating unit driven by wind, Sun light, and possibly vegetation. The new energy generator sticks out into the sky with large blades spinning over a roof of gleaming panels. The energy generating unit was purchased through a Open Source Business venture. More on that later. The energy generating unit supplies enough energy to run the house and any surplus energy is credited or sold to others in need through the electric network, matrix, or grid. Additional surplus energy drives a home hydrogen generator. Hydrogen is then stored for future use or sale.
Now, on the surface, the home energy generating system may appear to be a simple curiosity. Look deeper. A home energy generating system is like having a money tree. Once built - the machine will take from nature and transform natural energy into a personal fortune. Think about that for awhile. While thinking about how the future may or may not be without oil, please, imagine how it can be when human energy is somehow made more cooperative and somehow made less combative. Imagine now, today, a personal plan for an investment toward owning your own future home generator. Know, without a doubt, check as much information as you can, that, oil will not last much longer. How smart is it to consider investing in alternate forms of energy? Think about how your current form of government run by your current leaders are dealing with the energy problem. If it is not too much of a chore now, all at once, think too about just exactly what is and what is not money. If people are wise, and if people manage to create a cooperative network of human energy designed to create these individual money trees, these energy generators, then, people will have a new form of energy to replace oil. That new energy and that new money will be hydrogen.
I will go back and edit with links soon.
