“The end of man is knowledge, but there is on thing he can’t know. He can’t know whether knowledge will save him or kill him. He will be killed all right, but he can’t know whether he is killed because of the knowledge which he has got or because of the knowledge which he hasn’t got and which if he had it, would save him." Robert Penn Warren, All the King’s Men.

let's consider that second aircraft that hit the World Trade Center. It did have
a control device on the belly of the 757. That aircraft was unmanned and went in
and blew up as a diversion. And something else happened. This was a sideshow.

The Science of Society By Stephen Pearl Andrews
Social Science as a process like ignorance is a process and education is a process.
Social Arguments or what currently stands in place of social arguments until a real one comes along.

Hostile internet take-over? Who - Whom?
President of the Internet is no longer President of the Internet because President of the Internet no longer shows up on Google as President of the Internet. I wonder why this President of the Internet exercise in democracy no longer works as it once did way back when the President of the Internet showed up on Goggle as the President of the Internet?
President of the Internet moved.

Is Banking confusing? Example: "Society established gold and silver as an instrument to mediate between marketable commodities; but what new instrument shall it create to mediate between the old marketable commodities, and the new commodity which it has itself called into being?" Consider the following work as my bid for President of the U.S.A.
My platform is:
Vote for Truth.
If elected I will promise to tell the truth to all my friends so long as I remain alive.

Liberty / Necessity / Duplicity / Error / Competition / Will / Imagination / Confession / Fear / Courage / Meme / Fashion / Religion
Individuality / Prejudice / Sovereignty / Reflection / God / Forgiveness / Anarchism / Choice / Anger

Thomas Paine is worth reading again. I read it again and am now ready to propose a topic question for discussion: How would Thomas Paine describe the U.S. Constitution? I will use his words to offer my suggested answer: Thomas Paine would describe the U.S. Constitution as follows: Felo de se - Challenged? How about this too from Paine: "And as a man who is attached to a prostitute is unfitted to choose or judge of a wife, so any prepossession in favour of a rotten constitution of government will disable us from discerning a good one."
-------------------------------------------------------------------
My thoughts on Liberty:
Liberty exists in time through the careful, considerate, and equitable exchange of all forms of human capital beginning with the full disclosure of all pertinent knowledge and ending with obvious mutual gratitude.
Liberty requires peace.
Human beings are not peaceful. We are not always truthful or grateful. Our tendency to reject peace and liberty is fueled by apathy ignorance and greed.
Liberty is a good thing. Not the word. The word is just 7 letters. Not the misinterpretation. Liberty is the absence of violent coercive force.
Liberty is a good thing when understood from this perspective. Liberty is not synonymous with freedom. Freedom includes the freedom to injure and coerce.
Liberty does not include the freedom to harm. Liberty is a relationship restricted to actions that do not include the injury of one person at the advantage of another person.
Liberty is only 7 letters describing a disciplined approach toward life that realizes the need to limit violence. Liberty is good. Violence is only good for survival, any other excuse or rationalization for violence is not included in the realm of Liberty. Violence destroys. Liberty is the minimization of violence.
Liberty suggests that violence is against the law, unless required for survival; i.e. self defense. To make a law that rationalizes or excuses violence so that one person can gain at the expense of another without the consent of the victim is not within the boundaries of Liberty.
7 letters can communicate an idea. What is required however is the desire to know. See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil yet evil remains. The choice between the lesser of two evils remains a selection of evil. The idea that aggressive violence is evil can be expressed with one 7 letter word. No wonder this one word has inspired so much good. No wonder this one word is so often misunderstood when people endeavor to rationalize and excuse aggressive violence for despotic gains over the weak and ignorant. Read; knowledge is a useful weapon. Knowledge can be employed to defend the cause of Liberty. It can also free the mind of torment and confusion. (me, 2004)
Vote for Truth Josfblog
I have found Truth's Hero:
"Any man who has once acclaimed violence as his METHOD must inexorably choose falsehood as his PRINCIPLE."
http://nobelprize.org/literature/laureates/1970/solzhenitsyn-lecture.html
Did Alexandr I. Solzhenitsyn conquer evil? Did he survive the worst of it?
Extraordinary perspectives:
Example:
"The Holy War of militant Islam against the West and the current crisis of confidence in the American economy have hit the citizens of the Western World with a challenge of an unprecedented kind. They have given you and me--readers, culture-makers, publishers, editors, journalists, pundits, and thinkers--what may be our greatest opportunity and our greatest responsibility since the Depression and the Nazis threatened to topple the Western Way of Life in 1933.
There’s a void in our sense of meaning. We have come to regard “the Western System” as one in which the rich stoke artificial needs to suck money, blood, and spirit from the rest of us. We’ve been told that the barons of industry work overtime to turn us from sensitive humans into consumers—mindless buyers listlessly watching TV while growing obese on the hydrogenated fats, artificial flavors, chemical preservatives, and the cheap sugars of junk food. And some of that is true."
More extraordinary perspectives:
Example:
Manifesto [A Rare And Interesting Document]
Quote:
The experiments and preparations are now concluded, and the results are on
record or in the possession of living witnesses, and are now becoming the
groundwork of practical operations in this neighborhood. Those who wish to
become acquainted with the subject can obtain the particulars at the public
meetings or by reading THE EQUITABLE
COMMERCE GAZETTE which is to be
published for this purpose; but the following are some of the most prominent
features of Equitable Commerce.
It goes to establish a just and permanent principle of trade which puts an end
to all serious fluctuations in prices and consequently, to all the insecurity
and ruin which these fluctuations produce; and to build up those who are already
ruined.
It tends to put a stop to all kinds of speculation.
It has a sound and rational circulating medium, a real and definite
representative of wealth. It is based exclusively on labor as the only
legitimate capital. This circulating medium has a natural tendency to lessen by
degrees the value and the use of money, and finally to render it powerless; and
consequently to sweep away all the crushing masses of fraud, iniquity, cruelty,
corruption and imposition that are built upon it.
The circulating medium being issued only by those who labor, they would suddenly
become invested with all the wealth and all the power; and those who did not
labor, be they ever so rich now, would as suddenly become poor and powerless.
It opens the way to employment for those who want it, by simple arrangement
which has a natural tendency to keep the supply in rational proportion to the
demand. (Josiah Warren, 1841)
True Civilization More Josiah Warren stuff
More on money:
http://www.futureofmoneysummit.com/open-source-currency.php
More of my own thoughts:
Money is what people make of it. Money can be a simple means of exchanging value. It does not need to inspire evil things. It does not need to be an expression of greed, violence, and deception. Imagine the example presented by Josiah Warren. Money can be a means to communicate a willingness to work for equal work. I can, for example, write an IOU to clean toilets. This could be my money. If someone wanted their toilet cleaned then my money would be good money. My money would be worth something specific and payable in a specific manner. I could clean the toilet of the store owner instead of writing an IOU and he could pay me with his money. The store owner could write me an IOU for a whole chicken. We exchange either our labor now or our promise for labor in the future. Perhaps the store owner didn't need his toilet cleaned but he did know that toilet cleaning was good money. The store owner knew many people who believe that toilet cleaning money from me has value. The store owner exchanged the chicken he had on his shelf in his refrigerator for my IOU; my money. Or - I knew many people who believe that the store owners money was good so I took his IOU and I cleaned his toilet even though I didn't need a whole chicken nor did I need a bushel of corn at that particular time. The store owners money, according to the store owner, is redeemable in corn and other valuable items stocked in his store. Everyone I know thought that the store owners money was good. We trust each other to honor our money. No one that I know has any problem whatsoever with the store owner printing his own money when he needs it.
Money can be a whole lot of things to a whole lot of different people. Some people will eat worms and roaches for money. Some people will murder for money. Could you write an IOU for mass murder?

Review of Jamie Doran's film: 'Afghan Massacre':
by Joe Kelley
What is to be done with the prisoner problem? Is this an old problem? Are there any new answers? Who is responsible for the final solution? Ignorance is no excuse. Note that this is my effort to bring about accountability. I've linked to the film that identifies the crime. I've watched the film. There is plenty of evidence in that film to cause concern. A vote for truth is being placed with these words on my account. What will be my final accountability? What is yours? View or not view the film at your own risk. Vote or don't vote for truth at your own risk.
