There are two ways to adopt a Sunnie Bear. (Paypal or money
order/check)
1. Each bear has a Paypal button
that you can click on to adopt the bear and pay for it using Paypal.
2. If you want to pay with a check
or money order, you can place an order by sending me an email and tell me which bear you have fallen in love
with. Please include your shipping address and I can email you back with a quote for shipping costs.
If you would like a "custom" order, email me with your request
and I will get back with you to get the details. You can call with any questions at 760-375-3229 or my cell is 760-608-2567.
I update my site as soon as possible when a bear is adopted, but it is still possible that the bear you select may not
be available due to someone else purchasing it first. In that case, I will give you a full refund.

I ship your order within 24 hours of receiving payment verification.
I normally ship USPS priority with insurance. I will use alternative
shipping methods if you prefer.
I do NOT add any handling or packaging charges. You are ONLY charged
the ACTUAL shipping charges as charged by the post office.

Customers often ask what my return policy is. I aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not
completely happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it. Let me know if something is wrong and I
will do what I can to make it right. If you are still unhappy I will refund your purchase price (minus shipping charges)
if you return the bear to me in the same condition it was received. Bear must be returned within 10 days.

Your bear is 100% hand made and therefore should last you many generations to come. But in
the event that your bear has a defect, return it to me and I will repair it at no charge except for shipping. If your
bear has an accident (dog got it, etc) email me and arrange to return it and I will repair it for you (if repairable) at the
cost of the materials.

When placing a custom order, please allow approximately 6 weeks for completion. Email or call me to work out the
details. I am flexible and will make every effort to work with you to make your bear adoption as pleasurable as possible.
If you need a bear sooner (for a birthday, etc.) email me and let's see what we can work out. Generally your custom order
will be completed well before the 6 weeks time frame, but please be aware that orders near Christmas time may take the full
6 weeks due to the volume of orders. Order early to avoid delays. Custom orders require a 25% non-returnable deposit. Deposit
will be returned if I am the cause of a cancellation of a custom order.

Layaways can be done upon request. Layaways cannot be longer than 60 days. A deposit is of
1/3rd of the total is required and payment schedule must be worked out in advance.
Payment schedule generally is 1/3rd down, 1/3rd in 30 days, and remaining 1/3rd in 30 more days.
Occasionally, usually due to a slow sales period, layaways will be limited to 30 days.
