to series tournament. All memebers agree with him and vote and passed.

7th Annual will be at Chavez Ridge in Elysian
Park near LA Dodger Stadium - Tournament Director is Jonathan Gleicher

Membership Fee is 10 dollars for 2006 and can

President call to meeting at 12:40 pm

President Report: Applause Jason Maurer for made a SoCal Scorecard for rest of the year
and typed minute of meeting so future reference about meeting can look it up.
We will have a bylaw sometime in future
as organization grow.
23 dollars from California Deaf Bass Club fundraising lunch toward to SCDDG.
V.P. Report: SCDDG earn 60 dollars from membership dues which 6 players paid and 90 dollars
from this Sylmar Tournament and 15 dollars toward SCDDG.
Treasurer report: V.P. took his position since he is not here. Estimate 300 dollars and
use up for reservation campsite at Lake Castias Campground.
200 dollars from Pool.
As balance today is
approximate 250 dollars.
Treasurer will give full report on next meeting at Lake Castias.
Secretary Report: Asking if members want minutes post on SCDDG website or give out minutes
paper before meeting.
Made a lot of scorecard with SCDDG logo on it to be use for all tournaments in 2006.
Donated
11 clipboard for holding scorecard to SCDDG.
SCDDG need to post events on www.ohsoez.com so more people come.
T.D.: SoCal Annual Tournament is in process. Need have registration form ready in Website
ASAP.
Got some sponsors already and few more on way.
SCDDG T-shirt Chad owe 60 dollars and about 13 to
15 shirts left. Donated two shirts to Arizona Club and Ventura Club.
New Business: James Wilson motion
that SCDDG to have two years officers term instead of one year term.
Chad motion to have James Wilson’s Bill
to be postpone to next meeting. Votes passed.

Tournament Director report- 100 dollars profit from tournament go toward
SCDDGA. No Ace so far and guy who will
donate 50 dollars to who got ACE will go
toward to SCDDA
