When purchasing or receiving items made by The Lewis Collection, you hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless the manufacturer, The Lewis Collection its heirs, legal representatives, assigns, employees or any persons or corporations acting under permission or authority of The Lewis Collection from and against any liability as a result of any injury or damages sustained while using any item purchased or received from The Lewis Collection.

The user is solely responsible for his or her safety and well-being of themselves and solely responsible for the safety and well-being of those individuals under his or her care while using this product. The Lewis Collection Jewelry must only be used AS INTENDED!

Even though many health precautions are taken, these necklaces and other jewelry is not made to be teething toys and should only be used for their intended purpose. Only allow your baby to twiddle.  Do not allow these necklaces or other jewelry to be put in a child’s mouth.   Because all jewelry is a potential choking hazard, please never allow a child to play unsupervised with any jewelry. When purchasing a nursing necklace or other jewelry you accept responsibility for its use.
