Annie Vega - 5th Grade



Teaching History:	This is my 17^th year teaching, my 16^th year at Sellers. (I taught in Ontario my first year.) I have taught 4^th grade, 5^th grade, and the 4/5 combination. Most of my years teaching have been in 5^th grade.
Education:	BA in Behavioral Sciences from Cal Poly, Pomona Teaching Credential from Cal Poly, Pomona MA in Educational Administration from Cal State, San Bernardino Educational Administration Credential from Cal State, San Bernardino
Biography:	I was born in West Covina. I grew up in Glendora and attended La Fetra, Sandburg, and Glendora High School. I have two younger sisters. They both work for Glendora Unified. Mrs. Salle is a counselor at GHS and Mrs. Holmes teaches math at Goddard. My mom used to substitute teach for Glendora, but she and my dad are now retired. I have been happily married to my husband, Anthony, for 17 ½ years. We have three boys who attend Glendora schools. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, going to the beach, swimming, attending and watching sporting events, and reading.
Class Expectations:	I expect my students to always try their best, to have a positive attitude, and to become responsible and independent learners.
