Hi there ladies!

 

Well, it's been a while since I updated our page, so I thought I'd take a look at it today, and give you a Tabitha update...

 

We are currently waiting for the contract for our retreat Jan. 31-Feb. 1 of next year.  The theme is "In the cookie of life, friends are the chocolate chips!".  There will be a LOT of chocolate at this retreat in Clifton, TX at the Three Mountain Ranch.  You can check out our accomodations at Threemountainretreat.com we will be staying in the Ranch House.  We have 22 confirmed for the retreat, and most have paid their deposit. 

 

In other Tabitha news, we have scaled back our outings to once a quarter, due to our busy schedules!!  On November 10th we will be meeting at the church for bible study at 10am, then going to the Rainbow Room and then lunch.  We will be back at the church by 1pm.

Okay,  our Tabitha-sponsored retreat is all set, I have the contract and we'll go over it together at Monday's meeting, an share some ideas with you before I send it back, so we're all in agreement.  I'm so excited that this is going to happen, we're going to have a BLAST!  If you have any ideas you would like to share about the retreat, please bring them to our meeting.  I can't remember who is bringing breakfast?

Hi there, I've just updated our page.  The picture of Thistle Hill turned out really nice, even IF Jessica is goofing off on the stairs!  That girl!

Kathy was so sweet to take her lunch hour to show us this beautiful house.  Thank you Kathy!  I'm really looking forward to our February outing to Grapevine, and in our next couple of meetings we'll be putting together our Tabitha sponsored retreat:  Queen for a Day, based on the story of Esther.  It's going to be so much fun!
