Video Clips and Slide Shows of Serenity
To conserve space on the Verizon server, our Video Clips and Slide Shows utilize both YouTube and Vimeo. When you
click on any of the links you will go directly to our videos and slide shows stored on their sites. Enjoy...
In 2009, we utilized three video cameras, two on-board, and a third on the ground to document our Sonoma County Hot Air
Balloon Classic balloon flight. Mike Vandenberg has assembled a 9+ minute video, which we think you will enjoy.

course.
This next video clip is of a 1999 landing in Albuquerque. It was quite breezy (actually, it was windy) and
in the balloon were cousin Harvey Taylor, Michelle Voorheis, Bob Slothower, and Clint.

This next video clip is of the landing in Albuquerque. As in the first video, it was quite breezy, and the landing
was rather bumpy. This was Carolyn Callahan's birthday flight in Albuquerque.

This next video is a composite of many landings, where we landed in the above video, at about the time of our landing.
Again, this is in Albuquerque at the 1999 Kodak Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.

This next video is from the 2001 Kodak Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. On this day, Serenity did a Splash-n-Dash
in the Rio Grande River. On board were neice Sarah, along with Lana and sister-in-law Susie (as well as Clint).

In 1999, Phil Callahan, our videographer, flew with Don Neslund. We had taken off from a remote location and flew
together for quite some time. Phil made a video of our farmation flying, as well as a splash-n-dash, experienced by
both the group in Serenity, with Clint flying, as well as the splash-n-dash as experienced by Phil in Don's balloon, Restless.

Landing a balloon is obviously the most difficult part of the flight. Depending on the winds, landings can be bumpy,
or they can be gentle. The following two videos show both a bumpy landing (with Lana, Sarah, and Susie on board), and
a gentle "fluffy" landing with Linda and her brother, Dale, on board.
This is the more "exciting" landing, from 2001 KAIBF.
And now for the "fluffy" landing.
Once upon a time, in 2002, we ventured back to St. Louis, MO, to participate in the Great Forest Park Balloon Race.
What an event! Great, if you like flying in a balloon over a major city! Here's some of Phil Callahan's video
from that flight.
Want to fly over downtown Los Angeles? Find another pilot, thank you. Here is flying over St. Louis.
In early 2009, Claudia and Clint travelled to Switzerland to fly with Buddy Bombard, in his balloons. We were PASSENGERS,
and this was not in Serenity, but, we thought you might enjoy watching the video.
Here are Claudia and Clint, as passengers, flying with the Bombard Society, in the Swiss Alps in winter!
Mass Ascension at the Albuquerque Fiesta is a spectacular event, for both spectator and pilot. Here is our launch, during
a Mass Ascension, at KAIBF in 1999.
