Missing scene from 'Cave of Fear'

INT – ENTRANCE TO CAVE

MARGUERITE makes her way slowly out of the cave, shrinking back from the walls.  ROXTON is not far behind, a hand on her arm to help keep her steady.  SUMMERLEE follows them both, Lapprand's naked skull in his hands.  Just inside, he stops and looks closely at an oozing glob of the green fungus.  Roxton notices Summerlee isn't behind him, and turns back.

ROXTON

Summerlee?  What are you waiting for, man?  Let's get the hell out of here!

SUMMERLEE

No, John.  I think we can still make some use of this fungus.  As long as we're careful.

Roxton stops beside Summerlee in time to see him hold the bones under the fungus, letting the slime drip and slide along the smooth surface.  Marguerite grimaces as she watches from afar.

SUMMERLEE

Quickly!  Open the pouch!

Roxton rushes to get the open canvas sack under the skull.  Summerlee drops it in and checks his fingers to make sure there is no fungus on them.  He and Roxton join Marguerite outside.

MARGUERITE

(eyeing the pouch distastefully)

You want to tell me what THAT was all about?

ROXTON

Yes, Professor.  Do you know something we don't?
