2nd Project of the Year
Since I got an ice cream maker for Christmas
I decided to try to make an ice cream cake for Eric's birthday. It turned out okay however the "shell"-icing didn't
quite turn out. I'll have to try something different next time. I don't know how to decorate either. It's
way harder than it seems....so a happy face it was. You can see in in the photo on the right.

Grandma Ellen and Lolo Lope took a break from their fast-paced Las Vegas life to visit us
"kids" this late February. All of us got together to enjoy some home cooking and wonderful desserts to celebrate their
visit and Grandma Ellen and Eric's birthday. Even the grandkids chowed down on the delicious meal.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
On the 14th, the family, plus
Kristy and the Lee's went tubing at Snoqualmie. It was a lot of fun for both young and old. It's definitely something
you have to try!
