Whoa....did we do a lot this month. I'll probably miss
something...so let's just say this newsletter is a work in progress. Really, this month wouldn't have been so
fun had it not been for the great weather and kids. Yup, you heard me, kids. It's because of Audrey, Emma, and
Ethan that us "older" people get to be kids again. We had TWO EGGstravanganzas- one at Redmond Ridge and the other at
Woodland Park Zoo. We got a chance to check out the annual Tulip Festival and (let me tell you) tulips just don't look
as nice unless you got the blue sky background and adoration by both young and old. Check out the photos. Enjoy!

HAPPY EASTER!
Ellie found an Easter tradition (which
I have to ask her about) where people crack eggs on each others heads (without the yolk, thank goodness, and
instead confetti). So all the pretty eggs you see...(all handpainted and stuffed by Ellie)...were destroyed on
Easter morning. It was a bitter sweet ending to these beautiful eggs. And I must note, egg shells are sure hard
to break, so a few hits to the head were necessary. OUCH!
