This 4th of July we headed to sunny, HOT California!
We took advantage of the 90+ degree weather with a dip in our little pool everyday. We couldn't just
have the kids have all the fun!

We sandwiched Eric's birthday with a trip to Whistler, B.C., Canada. It was a first
time trip for the me and the girls. While Eric was enjoying the slopes, me and the girls had a chance to make snow angels,
build snow castles, and play at the nearby playground. In the afternoons, we all shopped at the village. Vancouver

It only happens once so we celebrated the whole day. We enjoyed tubing at the Summit
of Snoqualmie in the morning. Then we headed for a lunch overlooking the Snoqualmie Falls at the Salish Lodge and Spa.
And to end off the day we had dinner and cake at home.
And for those of you wondering about our 30 latex balloons. As for this Tuesday morning
(since Friday noon), they are still floating....AMAZING!
(March 2006. The secret is in the "high air".)

February 18, 2006 - Eric participated in the Superpipe Classic Competition at the Summit at Snoqualmie.
Check out the results. Good job Eric!

That's me after my 5th time up snowboarding. On the top of my left cheek you can see two red patches.
Okay, so you can't see them well. Anyways, that's a result of me slamming my face into the snow while I "scorpioned"
it because I caught my toe edge. In addition to that, I got small cuts and bruises under my chin.
Okay, so I'm still not good after 4 lessons and day. Oh well. But I am not yet discouraged enough
to call it quits!

New Years 2006 - This year we celebrated 2006 in Las Vegas! AND finally we visited the M&M store.
The girls had fun. You can see they enjoyed playing around the figurines. Really there's not much to the store
but highly priced 'junk' - as I've heard someone made reference to the store as. But, ah, it was FUN and that's what
is important!
