Main Unknown Dates
The main unknown dates for the entire year for us are our professional
group and individual pictures, prep-rallies, jv football and basketball games, the homecoming parade, competition dates, after
school practices, Indianette tryouts, and our banquet. Also, most of these dates depends on our new director

As y'all have probably noticed, a lot of progress has been made so far
already with Lady Royales, and we are just in the beginning stages for this year!
I just want to say thank you, because
none of it would have been possible without your help.

Reminder: Summer Practice
Just a reminder that we are going to start the first Lady
Royale summer practices on Tuesday, June 16 at Connor Alvis's house. It will be non mandatory for 1 hour from 4:30pm to 5:30 pm and will be every Tuesday. Indianettes Alena Savera and Calise Ervers will be there in charge to help us,
teach us, and give tips. We will stretch to get our splits, do technique, condition and also try to work on our basic kicks.
If
you plan on attending, Lady Royales please wear comfy clothes close to school dress code, bring water and wear sunscreen.
For shoes you can wear regular tennis-shoes with socks or jazz shoes.
Also, I would suggest bringing a yoga mat to stretch
on and some ankle weights for conditioning and kicks.
Feel free to bring cameras but keep track of them and all belongings
you bring and do not leave them there.

practices.

What
to do over summer: Keep in shape, stretch and do best you can to have splits without pulling a muscle, buy ankle weights (you
can get them at either wal-mart or target) and practices kicking with them (they get your kicks way up), and practice technique.
