Achievement (NLA) Client Appreciation Program
The Next Level Achievement Client Appreciation Program is a win-win program
that I offer to our strategic alliances who serve the same business clientele that we serve. It provides benefits to everyone
involved by giving the sponsoring company the opportunity to show their best clients that they care about their business success,
as well as their existing business relationship. A brief description of the benefits, format, and details are described below.
Benefits –
1. The sponsoring company shows their clients how much they care about all
of their business needs and may attract new prospective clients. We will also discuss how to integrate information about
your business into the program.
2. The client walks away with a process and tool that can be used in their
company to improve individual and team accountability. (This assumes that the accountability program is used vs. a different
program)
3. Larry Face and Next Level Achievement get exposure to clients who may need
their services either today or sometime in the future.
Format –
An agreed upon business program will be presented for the clients and prospects
of the sponsoring company. The most popular program is the “Seven Steps To A Culture of 100% Accountability, 100% of
the Time” program. It is a 90 minute program and a good group size is 20 to 35 people. I suggest that the host also
consider asking their existing clients to bring a guest who fits the parameters of both of our target prospects.
Typically this will be a no-charge, invitation-only event. Next Level Achievement
contributes to minimizing the costs of the program by not charging for our time.
Details & Resources Needed –
- An Event Manager. They can be
either internal or external and I can help with suggestions.
- Space needed for the event.
- Food and beverages. This
can be as simple as just refreshments to a full meal.
- Invitations. This can be
as simple as printed invitations to a website page with a sign-up feature.
Next Level Achievement Prospect Target Market –
For Leadership Development/Executive Coaching, we work with both individual
leaders and leadership teams in organizations of all sizes and types.
For Organizational Development and Team Building programs, the majority of
our work is with organizations (both profit and nonprofit) who have between 5 and 75 employees, but we also work with larger
organizations.
