Parent's Night / Open House
February 12 was our annual Parent's Night / Crew Open House. We had over 35 crew members and guests.

Grayback District - Merit Badge Fair 2007
In January and March, members of Crew 800 presented the BSA Radio Merit Badge to Boy Scouts of the CIEC - Grayback
District. This program is about half of the requirements for the FCC's Technician class amateur radio license.

Red Cross Emergency Response - First Responder
Six members and friends of Crew 800 successfully completed the Red Cross Emergency Response training. They have
earned the following Red Cross certificates: Emergency Response, CPR-Professional Rescuer, Oxygen Administration, Preventing
Disease Transmission - Bloodborne Pathogens. In addtion, three members of the crew are now Red Cross Emergency Response
and CPR instructors. Congratulations!

PSK-31
PSK-31 is a digital mode using a computer interfaced with a HF radio. It allows the operator to communicate
"keyboard to keyboard" all over the world using low power. Thanks to Glenn, KJ6QB our Charter Organization Rep for the
