When you know you'll be going on the market
call or e-mail Decor Staging Services right away. The
information we'll need first is listing date and which one of our packages you think you may choose - we'll get you penciled
in with a tentative consultation appointment, then when you have a signed listing agreement you confirm your consultation
appointment with us and we take it from there giving you the time to book your virtual tour and photos, order your sign post
and plan your marketing.
We know you have questions and we will attempt to
answer most of them here;
- We own our accessories and small furniture items.
- We rent large pieces of furniture and entire rooms, usually next
day delivery. This allows us to only offer new furniture and up to date styles.
- Staging services are a 3 month minimum.
- Furniture rental companies will bill your credit card each month on the anniversary of original
delivery date.
- We work directly with a cleaning company to provide you the fastest
service possible.
- We make every effort to get your staging completed and your listing ready
for photos, virtual tour, Broker tour, and showings as quickly as possible.
- Our start-up fees are paid up front.
- First monthly rental fee is paid up front.
- A deposit fee is held and either credited or refunded after 3 months
of services.
- At this time Decor staging only takes checks and of course we'll
take cash as well.
- Checks will be made out to Decor Staging Services.LLC and
you will be given a receipt. Staging services may be tax deductible!
- Payments will be mailed to P.O.Box 2076 Clackamas, Or. 97015
- We don't need you to let us in the property, we are members
of RMLS and can use the lockbox, with your permission of course.
- If you are a Real Estate Broker, we will need your seller's signature.
- Many times sellers and Brokers share the cost of staging.
- You will always get a quote for services first, then an agreement.

When your listing goes pending and all contingencies are met you simply e-mail us with your request to stop
services (30 days notice please) and we pick up our things.
