MOVING ASSISTANCE

We at Decor Staging offer many different kinds of assistance when you're moving.

See our service menu below and call for pricing;  We strive to keep our pricing low and we know you'll be surprised to see how inexpensive it can be for assistance in packing, cleaning, moving, unpacking and organizing in your new location.

To save you expenses we require you to provide boxes and packing materials. Should you want us to provide boxes and packing materials we'll be happy to. We have found that U-Haul offers the best in materials for a household move.

 

Packing your current home ~ From one room to whole house, we can do it all. Because this is bid individually by the job we can't quote pricing, however we do know by experience that a "typical" kitchen will cost between $120 and $200 ~ this includes packing, marking boxes and a master packing list itemized box by box.  

Bathrooms are quick and easy, we will charge between $50 and $60 for two bathrooms ~ an additional $20 for a third bathroom.

Bedrooms are a bit tougher to quote pricing for; A typical childs room should cost between $80 and $100

 

Master bedrooms typically cost $90 to $150

Our packing fees for a typical three bedroom, two and one half bath home with living room and family room have been about $430 to $500

Additional rooms cannot be quoted but a quick visit to your home will enable us to make adjustments and give you a solid quote, starting date and finish date.  

Cooridinating with the movers; we will have to talk about all the details before we quote pricing.   

Cleaning your new home pre-move will need to be bid by visiting the property.

Cleaning your vacated home after your move can be bid over the phone ~ Please call a minimum two weeks in advance of when you require cleaning services.  

Unpacking will be roughly about the same as packing depending on the property, hard to reach areas, lining shelves and wiping down surfaces may add additional fees.

Our workdays for moving assistance are Monday through Friday unless specifically requested. Our reason for working Monday-Friday is to allow us to get the work done while your family is at work and school. 

We can also help with disconnecting and connectiong your utilities and garbage service and we will provide you a change of address packet for the Postal Service.
