Random idea that I never really developed. An Astrologer who reads the stars to predict calamities, and conveys them to the people. However, he's practically trapped in the tower in which he resides, for if he left even just to go to town, it would take so long he wouldn't get back before night, and could miss some sign.

If only, amirite?
