May 29, 2006 -I am back from the Perris weekend and I might not have updated during the weekend but I am going to make up for it cause you can read all about a True BMX'ers Holiday Weekend that includes 30 bucks worth of parking fees, grid lock traffic at the track and 3 dollar hamburgers in my ABA Spring National Race Review.  I am off work and just chilling today, but of course that includes some training a bunch of side stuff and some gate practice tonight so unless someone can think of something better thats how my holiday is going to go!  -CW

May 25 ,2006 -I did a little tuning up yesterday in preparation for the national this weekend.  I made sure my gates were the best they can be last night at Orange Show.  Everyone is already practicing their little hearts out at Perris but I am not down for the drive so I am just running in strong where I always do.  I will be out there starting tomorrow for the weekend so I will drop an update if I can with the scoop.  I really am kind of busy today so I will just let it go and hope nobody cares enough to look for any real news here.  Have you notice there is no news anywhere!  -CW

May 23, 2006 -It rained most of the afternoon on Sunday and all morning Monday so I sure hope Perris drys up before the weekend.  It's supposed to be good weather from here on so as soon as I can get the chain called work unhooked from my leg I will get my stuff and be ready for the national coming up this weekend.  I guess the rain did hit the NBL National last weekend from what I was told it was a little muddy.  If thats the case I am glad I didn't spend money going.  I am just feeling to the 100% point anyway with my healing so as long as I don't squid again I should stay healthy.  -CW

May 21, 2006 -A little more than a 1/4 of the same amount of motos from this weekends NBL festivities went down at Cutting Edge last night for 1/5 of the price!  From the looks of it for 5 times the cost you might be getting nothing but a long day with not a lot of motos and some possible ran for today if you made the trip to Prunedale.  I sure didn't but I had a good night of riding and am ready to take on 3 days of work before I skip out to Lake Perris towards the end of the week for the ABA National next weekend.  Last night after racing we almost had some Go Cart action go down but we couldn't get ahold of Sam to let him know he lost out on a gathering.  -CW

May 18, 2006 -It's been another hectic day of being a typical BMX'er.  I will be going on my 3rd day of waking up, hanging out, riding, training, being bored all day doing useless random things and then hitting the track in the evening.  It's all good thats the way I like it.  Tomorrow isn't looking much different.  Saturday I will be riding all day at a couple different tracks and the double point at Cutting Edge.  My weekend will come short on Sunday cause I have to work.  The UCI madness continues this weekend in Prunedale but I wont be there for the long drug test breaks!  Count me in for Perris next weekend.  -CW

May 14, 2006 -It's mothers day today and I have to work but my mom should trip over her presents I snuck in and left her early this morning.  I did some riding yesterday most of the day between a couple of tracks and should be on it hard again the rest of this week along with the Race For Life this weekend in coming weekend in Ontario.  I really need to get down to Perris before the National for some practice as the word around is that riders are flying in just to practice.  Anyway Go Bug Your Mom, just don't crash and make her sit in hospital waiting rooms like I do around mothers day every few years!  -CW

May 10, 2006 -Just another day at the compound.  I have been busy most of the week since I got this bright idea to work with Nate on Monday, but it was actually fun so that was cool.  Yesterday I did a bunch of training and some riding then it looks like Sam and I will be going Mile High for the National next month since we bought our flight yesterday.  I think I am going to get on top of booking the rest of my flights for the year since gas prices keep going up and so do the air fares.  I really cant think of to much other scoop going on.  I know NBL had their state race this but never heard a peep about it from anyone so... maybe thats it until tomorrow.  -CW

May 6, 2006 - I am starting to feel a little better and getting a little brave as I did race last night and caught myself going a little fast for where I am at right now in recovery.  This morning I am heading out to the local NBL Track for some practice and just relax a little more.  Hopefully by next week I will be able to get rocking on track cause it's only a couple weeks until the next ABA National since I decided I would not be ready for the NBL National in another week I am skipping that and just concentrating on being ready by the end of the month.  What is good is the tracks around my house are going full again and I can race 7 nights a week without going very far!  -CW

May 3, 2006 - I have to work this next couple days but I did get a little therapy yesterday and it was a little painfull but I did go out to the track to "watch" this evening.  My first straights were not happening cause I have no pull from the pain and the rhythm section don't feel much better so I just did some rookie crusing for the night.  Since I was taking it easy the past couple days I spent some time on the internet and noticed Sam Is Up To His E-Bay Sales Again.  In some rumor news that's not so much rumor now cause if you click here you can see who the pothead was a month ago in Las Vegas.  It's find that funny cause so many people want to test me for so many things but there is nothing!  -CW

May 2, 2006 -Healing is all I did yesterday.  I layed around and finally did the bed rest thing I was supposed to be doing since last week.  I seen my favorite sports therapist and he says to start rehabing it today.  My goal is to be back racing next week cause that only gives me 2 weeks until Perris.  In June I have been making big plans so I better be ready for all the summer racing coming up.  Yesterday as I was doing my "modified" bed rest I got the race reviews written from the past couple weekends.  I am sure at this point I left a bunch out so don't complain about the boredom, it's my site you don't have to be here.  Today I am going to attempt to run around and do errands.  -CW

May 1, 2006 -It's a new month, a new week and I need to heal.  I did race this weekend at the Lucerne Valley Regional for NBL but I was in so much pain all weekend I really never updated the website or did much of anything.  I have to spend some time healing now so I really will write some race reviews and tell you all about the past couple weeks when I went racing with my mother, ruptured my kidney, broke off my shoulder and strained my quadricep along with racing all busted up at a bumpy track with slick turns that have day old pizza grubbing trash diggers getting the place dialed.  I wont forget to tell you all about living the traveling life in a hotel even when the race is 20 miles away!  -CW
May 2006

I spent the first couple weeks of May scrambling to heal from my kidney injury and racing some races in pain only to end the month racing the spring nationals without any outcome.
