The 3D Downloads are now available for both Online and
Offline play. Here's how to get your downloads:
1. Make sure you are logged out
of LIVE or the offline game first. Then go to http://store.phantomefx.com. On the left side, log in with your username/email
and password.
2. Once logged in, click on the yellow Downloads link on the left side. This will open your download list
(give it a few seconds to come up).
3. Click on the slot machine that you wish to download, this will bring up a pop-up
window showing the number of downloads remaining for both LIVE and Vegas. Click on the LIVE link to download the 3D version
of the slot machine.
4. On the pop-up that comes up, choose to Save the file. Save it to your computer (I made a folder
on my desktop called "Download Slots" but you can save it wherever you wish).
5. Once the slot finishes downloading, open
up the folder that you downloaded it to, and double-click the downloaded file. Follow the instructions and install the slot.
6.
Lather, rinse, and repeat for each slot you wish to download.
7. Load up LIVE and enjoy the slots! Or load up Blackbeard's
Revenge, Millionaire's Club, or the 3D Slot Club Lobby and play them offline!

We think we have the issue narrowed down to a loading
issue when loading into a busy room and running out of memory. We are going to try to work on a fix, but for now the best
advice I can give is that if you can get into the casino, go downstairs into the Download Lobby and "E" exit ALL the way out
of the game ( not just to the avatar screen). Then come back in. When you are done for the night, do the same thing (always
"E" from the download lobby). Then you won't need to load all those people when you are entering the game. Again, we'll try
to get it fixed but it's late and I don't know who is still working.
Hey there folks!
Boy, its exciting to be working so hard on LIVE and seeing so many cool things come together! Its also exciting to have a free minute
to be able to chat on our boards a bit (something that I will be doing daily after launch). I love talking with you guys,
playing with you guys, and giving out information I know you have been hungry for!
So, the question - will LIVE really go live
on the 10th . . . and is it going to be what we are seeing now? The 10th is, indeed, the release date, but its MUCH, MUCH
more than what you see now. Below, I will talk about some of the items out at launch.
Before I get into that, we are
in our 'beautifying' stage of every tool, widget, and menu in the game. Through BETA, we learned how to make some confusing
process better, what changes there should be to options, and how to make some things simply flow better. A lot of those changes
are not in the BETA yet, but will be just before launch. We will probably do one more update to the BETA to have large groups
test our Slot Tournaments, that will be about the last phase before launch. So, what will be there at launch?
1) Customizable
Avatars - (we know some of you have gained weight, lost weight, or had your clothes changed for you, that will be fixed
before launch as will any bug reported we hope. As I continue through the list, I will not be commenting on current reported
bugs as they are being knocked out every day on the TEST server).
2) All Slots - As you can see in Beta, every
slot is already there and working nicely.
3) All Slot Downloads - at launch, you will have access to the most
recent 29 Download and Remasters right from the Reel Deal Slots Club room. If you have them installed, you will see them.
Two additional slots will be added monthly right from launch.
4) Slot Tournaments - Yup, we know you want them,
and we have em, just not in the BETA yet. We will put these up on the BETA just before launch to get a few practice trials.

Leveling and Experience - You can level up to level 50 in both Slot and Table Game leveling structures.
6)
Table Games - All of the tables will be there to include Craps, Roulette, and the other 35 games.
7) Golden
Tickets for Slots and Table games
8) Video Poker
9) Quest-O-Matic mini-quests, complete for Slots
and Table Games - random loot will begin to drop on these in addition to bonus money and VIP.
10) NPC Quests
- Keeping this a surprise for launch, but be rest assured, you will have a lot to do, and a lot of folks to talk to and
do secret missions for!
11) Complete Slot Progression for Year 1 - Keeping this a secret too, you think I wanted
you to play through this in BETA *snicker* - nope, I want to blow you away at launch with it.
12) Complete set of
powers for Slots - Heck, I am not spilling the beans on what they are, how they work, or how you unlock them . . . perhaps
for some beef jerky or a Captain & Coke I would! LOL! I can tell you, that using them is the coolest thing in the world,
quite a different experience than any of you have ever seen! Yeehaww! (Can you tell I am excited about this one?)

The Mall - Yup, every store will be unlockable. Furniture related stores will unlock, but will have inventory added
shortly after launch when the suites go live. Each
clothing store will be complete with many options on how to alter your clothing. New stores will be available each month to
further customize your character!
14) University - You bet, it opens, what in the world could the University
be for? Haha, not telling!
15) Pirate Adventure - We launch with this open! You cant access it right away,
but you will very soon after you start your character - and get ready, its a wild ride! The entire adventure is complete,
although we will release a large chunck of it each month, releasing the first two parts at launch.
The Beta was very
successful for what we needed it to do. Our main reason in even having one was to solve problems for as many lower-level machines
as possible, and to ensure a reasonable level of server stability right from launch. Both of those have been met with great
success . . heck, we can get some computers running LIVE
that are years, and years old that we never thought was possible. So thanks to all of you playing, its helped a lot! For those
of you that want to do a bit more, make sure to hop into some Slot Tournaments when they are up next week - we want to make
sure those are well played. I didnt want you to see everything in BETA, and now you get a fresh experience with all kinds
of new things at launch!
