Chadds Ford Township Sewer Authority The Chadds Ford Township Ordinance No. 118 requires a Certificate of Compliance prior to sale or lease of any property located within 150 feet of a public sewer line. Requests for Sewer Certification All requests for sewer certifications should arrive in the CFTSA Office at least 72 hours before the scheduled closing date for the property.
