Bridges to Contemplative Living is a small group resource offering exploration of aspects of spiritual formation for deacons and wives.  It is based on the teachings and writings of Fr. Thomas Merton and his experience in living a contemplative life.

The "Bridges" series is published by the Merton Institute for Contemplative Living.  The series follows themed booklets on aspects of contemplative life such as "Entering the School of Your Experience".  Each session lasts from 60 to 90 minutes and involves readings from Thomas Merton and other contemporary writers, scriptural reading particularly a psalm and group discussion on aspects of the writings.

The Bridges to Contemplative Living Booklets are now available at Hofmann Church and Religious Supplies.  Stop in and pick up your booklet today!
