Anthony M. Rutkowski

Tony Rutkowski is a highly respected visionary, advisor, author, speaker, and leading thinker and activist in the fields of international telecommunication standards, law and regulation.   His current focus is on websecurity, identity management, and web forensics. He is currently serving as the Rapporteur for Cybersecurity for the ITU Study Group 17.  He has held high level positions in the FCC, International Telecommunication Union, the Internet Society, and in such multinational corporations as Sprint, General Magic, and Verisign.  With degrees in engineering and law, he offers a very unique perspective and understanding of the complex technological environment of global cyberspace.

Kathleen Rutkowski
Manager & Magician

Kathleen Rutkowski brings experience in project management and the management of a research and publishing business.  She  has over 30 years experience in research and analysis in a variety of strategic areas including China's economic programs and policies with a special focus on energy, the politics of international communciations, applications of networking technologies in K-16 and in non-profit and professional learning communities.   Her current research focus is on evolving websecurity regulations and standards governing e-health and e-learning.

Ryan Rutkowski
Associate

Ryan Rutkowski -- an honors graduate of Southern Methodist University and a 2010 Candidate for a Masters in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University - Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies-- monitors trends in China's economy, with a specific focus on energy and new technologies in the Chinese marketplace. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has traveled extensively throughour China and Asia and is currently living in Nanjing, China.
