GENERAL NOTARIZATION FEES:

$45 * TRAVEL FEE, WHICH INCLUDES (1) NOTARIZED SIGNATURE (20 MILE RADIUS)

$10 * EACH ADDITIONAL NOTARIZED SIGNATURE AT LOCATION.

LOAN DOCUMENT SIGNING SERVICE:

$125-$150 * 1ST SET OF COMPLETE LOAN DOCUMENTS (BASED ON DISTANCE)

$50 * SECOND SET OF COMPLETE LOAN DOCUMENTS AT SAME SIGNING.

Competetive & Experienced Loan Doc Executions.

A MINIMAL EXTRA TRAVEL FEE WILL APPLY ON DISTANCE & EMERGENCY.
