Daves Fastlane Audio is my hobby site. Although Fastlane Audio is
reasonably new, audio has been my hobby for many years
and the Fastrac Horns are gaining popularity all over the world. Most
of the items on my site are here for do it yourself purposes only, however I do build and sell the Fastrac Horns and will
take on local projects from time to time.
Fastrac horns are built using CNC machined master templates and have double
laminated sides with expanding polyurethane dampening adhesive between the layers to reduce unwanted resonances. The laminated
sides are installed in bending at over 100 foot pounds pressure to eliminate gaps and strengthen the overall structure. The
horns are then texture coated, to emulate the looks of the original horns.
