"Symposia" once had a slightly different meaning or usage than it does today.  We think of a symposium as a large conference or convention about a topic or range of topics.  But, to the ancient Greeks, a symposium was a gathering to discuss philosophical issues and arguments.  This gathering was generally fueled with copious quantities of wine.   Kind of like a party.  Okay, I'm talking beer, but you get the point.  Symposia Brew Corps seems ideal for my personal brew-house.
