Holiday rates apply during the Christmas and New Year season (December 20
- January 2). Multiple-night discounts may not be available on these
dates.

daytime-only rentals.
An advance deposit of 50% is required to reserve the rooms. In the event
of a cancellation, two (2) weeks' notice is required for full
refund of deposit, except for Holidays and Covered Bridge Festival, when
thirty (30) days' advance notice is required. Payment in full
is expected upon arrival.
Cash, personal check, travelers' check or money order only -
no cash refunds for overpayment by personal check or money order - no credit cards accepted.
Check-in time: 3:30-5:30 PM (or as arranged in advance). Check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
Note: Late check-ins must be arranged in advance.
