Forensic-Expert Witness Experience

I have assisted plaintiffs and defendants in County, State and Federal courts and have been retained in over 80 cases. Representative case areas include:

  • Cumulative trauma injuries to upper and lower body
  • Whole Body Vibration: Ergonomics and health issues 
  • Human Factors-Ergonomics investigations of incidents leading to injuries, fatalities and property damage  
  • Ergonomics-Human Factors evaluations of work environments, activities
  • Occupational Safety and Health
  • Slips, trips and fall injuries
  • Pedestrian visibility

My involvement in these cases has included attorney advisement, generation of expert opinion reports, appearance in depositions, hearings and trials, and often, site visits and investigations.

 

Experience as Ergonomics Consultant
As an Ergonomics-Human Factors Engineering Consultant, my focus has been ergonomics, macroergonomics and productivity enhancement in a variety of working environments. Typical activities include hazard analyses and counter measure development, workstation evaluations, quality and work flow evaluations using Lean and other engineering methods, training for floor level, supervisory, managerial and technical personnel in ergonomics and the evaluation and design of ergonomics programs.
