Kimberly Johnson and her husband, Bob, co-founded Walk in Light Ministries, Inc. in 2000 with the desire to see the Body of Christ worship the Lord Jesus Christ in Spirit and in Truth through exuberant praise, intimate worship and radical prayer.  Through spontaneous songs of the Lord and worship leading in the psalmist anointing, the Lord uses Kim to bring His people to a place of intimate worship with Him and to release breakthrough praise to open up the heavens over regions.

Regional and governmental prayer are at the heart of Kim’s ministry and in 2008 the Lord took this mandate to a whole new level by sending Kim into DC many times to pray for the United States.  She frequently rallies intercessors together to pray for an awakening of righteousness in our nation.  In March of 2008, Kim discovered that she is a direct descendant of twelve of the Mayflower Pilgrims and of Jonathan Edwards of the First Great Awakening.  This discovery further fueled Kim’s passion to see America honor her vows to the Lord and to realize the blessing of a covenant kept.  This empowered a new assignment given by the Lord to rally the watchmen who will cry out for the nation night and day, day and night.  The result:  The Special Forces Prayer Unit was formed as a covert prayer team sent out to address various social and government strongholds as they arise in the nation.  Today, Kim oversees Watchmen Arise International a ministry to train, activate and mobilize intercessors.
 

Kim writes the monthly Walk in Light Ministries' e-newsletter article, News from the Frontline, which circulates to 300 subscribers.  She has developed a five-part “harp, bowl and crown” training series on worship and corporate intercession to teach in seminar format or by CD’s that is used to train house of prayer staff and intercessors.  She has recorded several worship CD’s, two instrumentals and four live worship watch CD’s. Kim is writing her first book.  She is the Tampa Bay Christian Prayer and Worship Examiner for Examiner.com.

 

Kim holds a Master of Theology degree from Spirit Life School of Theology, Lakeland, Florida and is an ordained minister through Revelation 22 Ministries, Towson, Maryland under the direction of Apostles Robert and Annette Stagmer and Glory of Zion International as a Ministry of Zion.

 

Bob Johnson brings his talents to our meetings as the ministries' Sound Engineer.  Bob’s keen ear and technical expertise is used in recording, sound set up and oversight of CD production for Walk in Light Ministries and other Christian organizations.  His background as an industrial electrician and maintenance technician prove to be beneficial in capturing the “now” sound in various venues.

Walk in Light Ministries, Inc. is a member of the Revelation 22 Apostolic Alliance, Global Spheres and is Ministry of Zion under Glory of Zion International, Denton, TX.  Bob and Kim reside in Lakeland, Florida. Together they have two daughters, and three grandsons.
