Dye Lots
With any fabric, there will be a variance of color dye lot from bolt to bolt.
If we are
sold out of a certain print, you will be offered a choice in another color, or your money back!
If the print is on
back order, you will be notified so you can choose to wait, select another item or cancel the order.
Many of my items are one of a kind and are sold that way. You can find those items on eBay.
Each one of a kind item is unique and inspiring with no two being exactly alike.
Returns
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy
with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
If there are any defects in workmanship, we will exchange the item for the same or equal value.
A 10% restocking fee
will apply for any returns that have nothing to do with the craftsmanship of our products. Shipping and handling charges are
non refundable.
