Tournament is limited to first 60 players!!

Entry Fee's $60............... until filled, No entries for main event at the door, attendees mailing entry fees after 3-14-09 must contact director before mailing fees! late fees of $10,,,,,,

NO REFUNDS after MAR 17th...

Early bird entry is 20 dollars before 3-14-09, $30 after that, $35 dollars at the door, no registration after 9:30 am on the 20th.!!

sub grouping for prizes based on seeding.

players 1-10 sub group 1

players 11-20 sub group 2

players 21-30 sub group 3

players 31-40 sub group 4

players 41-50 sub group 5

players 51-60 sub group 6

Pairings for first 2 rounds will be within the subgroups.

Round 3 through 15 will be based on performance of round two rounds prior, (example rd 3 will be based on rd 1... rd 4 will be based on rd 2)

round 16 will be pure KOH, with Gibson rule used if needed for open prizes only...Will not be used for Group prizes

Players will not play same person twice until after round 8 , exception being round 16. You may play a person a 3rd time ( I reserve the right to change the repeat pairings if I do not get enough players registered)

                 Player finishing most places above his/her seeding

               ties will be decided by win/loss/cum

These will be awarded to players within each group (groups of 10 based on seeding, the ratings will those available on 3-18-09

       Player can and will win more than one prize

             example overall winner will win his division prize also,

refunds and drops allowed until 3-17-09,,    After that no refunds if we are full,,,unless we can fill your spot,, we want big payout and need full tournament to give these prizes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

More on pairings, The pairingsfor rd 3-15 will be based on performance, the pairings will be done by TOURNEYMAN program. We pair players of LIKE win/loss records as much as possible. this give us the best possible match-ups. This is not a swiss pairing. This is performance based pairing. If you are in first place you will play second place most likely, unless you have played that person before. if you are in 9th you will must likely play the person in 10th. The program will make some changes to this based on the number of rematches allowed. From round 9-15 there will be some rematches.
