Law is so complex today few people practice general law.
I enjoy work in two areas:
- Counseling people on their rights inside and outside bankruptcy and filing bankruptcy
cases; and
- Protecting Consumers from Unfair or Unlawful Debt Collection Practices by bringing lawsuits
and defending lawsuits brought by collectors.
