The Process is Simple...
- Client is qualified with VIP Mortgage Consulting Team Based on Income and Credit
- (1 mo paystubs, W2s for '06 & '07, 2 mo Bank Statements, 401K, Investments must be submitted immediately
for same day pre-approval)
- Buyer Selects Property
- Feasibility Study and Inspection is Performed by Our 203k Consultant
- Work Write-up is Prepared by 203k Consultant
- Appraisal is Performed
- Loan is Approved by Underwriter
- Approved Loan is sent to Title Company for Closing
- Loan Closes, Rehab Account is Created
- Funds are Disbursed as Work is Completed and Inspected
- Rehab is Complete
