A total of  25,000 acres of land that had not otherwise been available since the late 1800’s has been purchased by various timber and land companies who are in turn selling smaller blocks to individuals. 

It is my job to help you determine which parcel resonates with you.  Is it a Mount Stuart view, southern exposure, is a waterfront parcel available?  In residential properties do you want one acre or ten, do you have horses, where are the properties that do not allow manufactured housing, where are the parcels that allow manufactured housing?  All these questions are not to be left to chance when it is your money on the line whether it is $39,000 for 1/3 acre with a trailer, $169,000 for 20 acres or $600,000 for 120 acres.
