bedroom 1 bath home with its own gate leading to it's private entrance.
Whether it's an intimate poolside dinner for 2, a smart cocktail party,
or a business luncheon for 12 on your private veranda, Santa Clara is ideal for entertaining.
The outdoor kitchen is complete with its own fridge, sink, and built-in
grill.

The fabulous master
suite is really made up of three rooms. The master bath has an oversized roman tub with relaxing Jacuzzi jets and
a separate shower and water closet. The master bedroom also has its own private retreat and with additional French
doors that open to another brick-paved patio. It’s perfect for reading or watching a late night movie in solitude. Behind a pair of double-doors hides a recessed, built-in desk and complete office
with everything you need to conduct business from the comforts of home. Telephone,
printer, and high speed internet access are provided. The master bedroom also
has a king size bed and French doors that open onto the sprawling veranda.
 
With so many living and entertaining areas, it’s hard not to fall in love
with this magnificent home. Gaze at the stars while dining al fresco weather by the pool or by the trickling fountain
in the veranda.
