This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of purchase and has been started on permanent inoculations. You have a health guarantee extending 72 hours after possession of said puppy in which to have pup checked by a licensed veterinarian and are strongly urged to do so. If the veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong with the puppy, it will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value at once, or when available, provided a letter from the examining veterinarian is offered as evidence of the puppy's illness and that the puppy is returned within the above mentioned time period.

We cannot assume any responsibility for this puppy once leaving the premises, medical expense, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of family or for such other reasons. However, proof of inherited fault will be guaranteed as follows: should there occur an inherited fault, rendering said puppy unable to function, and said condition cannot be treated by medication, any longer and should be put down, it will be replaced with a puppy of equal value as determined by us, at once, or when available, provided that the letter from the examining veterinarian, an x-ray and/or other evidence is offered to support the inherited fault claim
