NEVER POINT YOUR OPEN TELESCOPE or EYEs AT THE SUN
THE HEAT GENERATED by the SOLAR IMAGE WILL MELT or SHATTER ANYTHING. SPECIAL TELESCOPE
REFLECTING COVERS ARE NECESSARY TO VIEW THE SUN. NEVER USE THE HERSHILIAN WEDGE and DARK FILTERS TO OBSERVE THE SUN.
Never point binoculars or any optics at the SUN. The Solar Energy can shatter cemented lenses. SPECIAL GLASSES SHOULD BE WARN
DURING TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSES.

Joe's Book Selections.
If you really want a look into Astronomy by Stars, Galaxies and Constellations and the correct methods of
observing for data please look at this book and the series of books by this author.
"The Cambridge Encyclopedia of Stars", by James B. Kaler, Cambridge University Press, ISBN 0-521-81803-6.
The above book tells all about the deep problems that hamper good Astronomy viewing and research.
It is one thing to collect light in our buckets, it is with low probability that any one can make sense of the Universe from
the floating Earth-Sun orbits.
J B Kaler has an excellent series of books on all Amateur accessable Astronomy Techniques.
Another book by Malcolm S. Longair from Cambridge University Press is called "THE COSMIC CENTURY", A History
of Astrophysics and Cosmology. This book covers the 19th century attempts to create astronomy. ISBN 0-521-47436-1
These books are available on Amazon, Ebay, Google, Astromart, Cloudy Nights, and other book stores on the
Internet.

for your telescope or a set of finder mount brackets we have the cast aluminum parts or we will machine one from scratch.
You finish them at home in your spare time or we can machine them for you for additional cost. We can also cast
you special order telescope mirror cells, finder brackets, rotation rings, and adorning parts.
