I've collected some materials that can be very helpful to middle school and high school band directors who want to do
a good job teaching percussion in the heterogeneous concert band setting. The documents are from the Texas
Bandmasters Association and I think they are excellent. Each one offers very useful tips to help you make sure that
your percussion students receive proper instruction on both snare and mallets. If you know of other good resources to
help band directors teach percussion, please let me know so I can add them to this page.
