Rates

All rates quoted in U.S. Dollars. Rates are subject to change without notice. A 7% Florida Sales Tax and 5% Resort Tax will be added to the rate. Rates are based on no more than 4 guest, including children, this is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.

A departure fee of $100 will apply.

A $300 security deposit is required to hold reservations The security deposit is refundable after 30 days from departure. Any damage or toll call will be deducted from the security deposit.

Cancellation requires 45 days advance notice for refund of security deposit. After 45 days, a $25 service fee.

Entire payment for rental period is due thirty (30) days prior to check-in and issuance of the keys. Keys, parking tag and instructions will be mailed upon full payment.

Payment may be made by personal check, cash, or cashier's check.

Generally, reservation requests periods are from Saturday to Saturday during the "High" season (mid-December to mid-April; however, exceptions may be made depending on circumstances.

Holiday periods in "Low" or "Mid" season is charged 10% more than the quoted rates.

Extended stays 3 weeks or more, will be 10% less the quoted rates.
