• One key unlocks all doors and dead bolts throughout house
• There is a fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink for emergency use.
• The thermostat for the main living area is located on the wall above the couch in the living room.  (The thermostat controls the gas fireplace in the living room so never set anything on the stove.  The stove will turn on and off as necessary)
• If you want the fireplace on all you need to do is turn the heat up in the living room.
• Separate heaters and thermostat controls are also located in each bedroom and bathroom. 
• Before using the washing machine, turn water on by turning the knobs in the box directly above the washer.
• Before the whirlpool tub is turned on, the tub should be filled with water above all jets.  The on/off switch is located inside the tub, at the top.
• Sheets for each bedroom are located in the bedrooms.  All linens are for house use only please.
• A telephone is located in the living room area for your convenience in making local calls.  All long distance calls will require a 1-800 calling card number.
• If the smoke alarm goes off while cooking, PLEASE do not disconnect any of them.  (Fan the alarm and it will stop within seconds)  All of the smoke alarms in the house are connected together so if one goes off they all go off.  We know it is very loud but this is for your safety.
• To reach the beach head west toward the ocean (down Stevens St.).  Turn right at the last street on Stevens.  The beach access will be on your left about 50 yards.
• The dining room table has two leaves built into it.  Lift either end and pull the leaf until it is fully extended.
• There is a Sentry grocery store about a mile and a half down the road.  (Drive south toward Depot Bay)
• If smoking please do so outside or under the carport.  This is a nonsmoking house!
