Checkout Instructions

The following things should be double checked and done prior to leaving

• Heat turned down to 60 degrees:  Living room, Bathroom & all three bedrooms
• All Windows Locked & Curtains Closed
• All Doors Dead bolted & Locked:  Front Door, Kitchen Door, Sliding Glass Door in back bedroom and, Laundry Room Door
• Turn water off in laundry room:  Turn knobs located above washer
• Please do not leave your bottles/cans.  Please either throw them away or take them with you.  Do not leave them in the carport!
• Run garbage disposal

If Maid Service is not prearranged the following cleaning will need to be done prior to departure

• Sweep/Vacuum & Mop as appropriate entire house:  Supplies located in storage area next to bathroom
• All area rugs are to be shook out & replaced:  Washed if necessary
• Bathroom Cleaned – (Cleaning supplies are located in kitchen pantry) Toilet Scrubbed, Sinks Cleaned Out, bathtub Scrubbed, Fresh towels hung, Mirror Cleaned, and Garbage Taken Out
• To be Washed/Dried & Folded - Soap in laundry room:
  All towels
  Sheets and Pillowcases
  Place mats If Necessary
• Trash Taken To Can Located Outside – There are two cans for your use.  If second can is not in use please put in carport, so it does not blow away.
• All beds made with fresh sheets
• All Dishes are to be washed & Put Away
• Make sure all outside chairs are stacked
