Mr. Bolser has 35 years experience in medical imaging including CT, ultrasound and class III cardiac device manufacturing.
He played key roles in the sucess of EMI Medical, Advanced Technology Laboratories and Acuson. His last appointment was as
a corporate officer at Spectranetics, an eximer laser cororonary angioplasty firm, managing 33 employees, clinical trial design
and maintenence, capital equipment sales, service and all marketing responsibilities.
He maintains computer science and optical physics skill sets, having been invited by the president of SPIE(Society of
Optical Instrumentation Engineers) to deliver a 2002 technical paper on optical materials refraction theory at the International
Lens Design Conference in Tucson, Arizona. His software is in use at a major European lens design firm. Mr. Bolser was trained
in physics and geology at the University of Florida.
He has applied these skills to the question of government interaction with strategic commodities. Mr. Bolser has published
extensively on this topic. He is currently a non-executive board member of the Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee, GATA.
